In-person and virtual Career Coach for women who want more from their 9 til 5!

Are you at a stage of your career where you feel trapped, underutilised yet overwhelmed? Moreover, when was the last time you received a pay rise?

You are frustrated that yet again you are being passed by for the promotion and you kick yourself for not speaking out. If only you had the tools.

Do you find yourself switching off in meetings? Wondering how you ended up in THIS 9-5? Could/should/would you be doing something different?

It is time to make a change. It’s time to find the possible in impossible.

Hi, I’m Lucy. Career Coach and Founder of The Wonder. I believing in connecting and empowering women to unlock their potential to achieve what they might have thought impossible. I am the career coach for women who

Career Coach Mission

Create and delivery one-of-a-kind career coaching experiences that fulfils your needs and enables you to find your purpose.

Career Coach Magic

Believing in the possible. Connecting with people. Understanding and showing empathy. Motivating others. Putting a plan to action. Asking though-provoking questions. Clear and concise in my communication. Enabling others to Solve impossible problems. Helping people find their zig to their zags.

Bringing it to Life

I am about relationships and genuine human connection. My journey starts with learning about you. I aim to inspire women, like you, to learn, develop and grow, unlocking your potential to contribute and achieve greatness. To do this, I constantly ask questions, challenge limited beliefs, imagine endless possibilities and never stop learning from each and every situation.

What qualifies me to be a Career Coach for women who want more?

I am an accredited NLP Practitioner and Coach. I am also gaining CPD hours towards a Career Coaching Diploma. The formal learning has enabled me to learn the best coaching techniques and methods where I can structure and implement into coaching programmes.

I have a Career Journey that opened the door to become a Career Coach.

My career journey started by working on an IT Service Desk as first line IT Support. I am a true example of someone who has progressed up the career ladder. From first line to second line then into service delivery to finally landing a management position. This was achieved by taking on new opportunities, being curious and challenging the status quo.

I have encountered many challenges along the way. From unfocused direction or access to coaching. To bad company cultures with glass ceilings and, of course, the gender pay gap.

To summarise: I have experienced first-hand damaging situations that can so easily cause self-doubt, yet have found and grasped opportunities to shine and progress.

I created The Wonder to be a platform where I can share my experience. The aim to help and shape others on their own journeys. Who better to work with on your personal development than a woman who has already experienced the glass ceiling, broken through it and is thriving.
